COMPETITION RULES FOR RUSSIAN RING
I. RUSSIAN RING
"Russian Ring" - a sport official and sporting dogs in the complicated protective service. Russian Ring has very high demands on the protective qualities of the dog, to the hardness of her character and stability of the psyche. It is preferable for dogs active, bold, attacking, running liberated to withstand pressure from the helper and ALWAYS managed. Competitions are held on the PP to identify the strengths of pairs of trainers and dogs.
Competitors perform four exercises:
1. Check obedience;
2. Protection against one striker;
3. Protection against two attackers;
4. Protection against the three attackers.
Competitions are held on a "maystershafta": Each exercise has several variants of complications and the final decision on the content of the competition adopted the main expert Brigade (BBB) competition for an hour before the start of the competition by drawing lots of options.
To each of the exercises allowed participants who scored in the previous exercise at least 50% points of the maximum assessment, and the passing score for exercise, number 3 on the solution of the BBB.

Competitions are held in groups "A" and "B". Group "A" (individual-team championship) includes athletes who have a mark on the report card results more than 31 points. II. ORGANIZATION COMPETITIONS
1.1. Organizing
For the preparation and holding of competitions organized RDB form a steering committee consisting of the chairman, his deputy and four commissions: the reception, awards, veterinary and organizational business.
Selection committee informs cynological organization of the time and place of the "Russian Ring", establishes contact numbers, makes preliminary application for participation in competitions, publishes catalog of participants and regulates their arrival.
Premium Commission ensures the award winners of competitions.
Veterinary Commission ensures the admission of veterinary and medical care of the competitors.
Organizational and economic committee decides on the lease sports facilities, accommodation of participants and experts, clearance and settlement of competitions, as well as maintenance during their conduct of the order and security of participants.
1.2. Admission to the competition
In the competition may participate in a dog aged 15 months, with a veterinary clearance and have registered in the reception committee.
Dogs are allowed to the competitions, with a diploma in obedience (OKD, KD, GHS, etc.) or mark the report card on the availability of the diploma.
Allowed the participants to the competitions and teams on the basis of applications, according to the Regulations of the competition.
Veterinary examination is conducted outside the ring. By decision of the WCC on PP from 24.04.04 to participate in competitions allowed empty females - but only after all the participants. At registration, participants are given numbers by which they must perform in competitions.
1.3. Conduct competitions

III. Competitor
All competitors must:
Know and comply strictly with the rules of the competition PP;

Unconditionally follow the officials of the Organizing Committee and the PP main expert teams;

IV. JUDGING COMPETITIONS
Judging the competition provides expert panel led by Chief of the expert team.
The expert team consists of:
chief judge;
Expert informant (Deputy Chief Expert);
Chief Secretary;
linear experts (in competition with the status Championship, the Cup of Russia linear five experts on qualifying - three);
expert with the parties;
Expert timekeeper.
Chief judge of the competition:
- Provides overall leadership of the BBB, experts and their assistants;
- Controls the correctness of judging and determining individual and team results;
- Conducts expert instruction;
- Sign the certificates, diplomas and outcomes;
- The persons involved shall draw lots (priority of their work);
- Checks ammunition defendants, stacks (in their rigidity) and defense, dress for special protective suits.
Chief judge has the right:
exclude from participation in the competitions of experts and their assistants who have committed grave errors, bias or not able to fulfill their duties;
in disputes conduct operational meetings of experts;
overrule the experts, contrary to the Rules of competition;
decide on the prevention or removal from event participants, violating competition rules, have allowed poor behavior towards officials PP, other trainers, or the mistreatment of a dog.
The decision of the chief expert on all matters is final.
Expert informant (Deputy Chief Expert) causes the participants to the starting line in the ascending order of rooms, announces the beginning and end of exercise and its findings, controls the actions of members and associate experts, assisting in the work of the chief expert.
Chief Secretary directs the work of the secretariat, monitors the entries in the records, is responsible for the accuracy of the counting of accumulated points and the definition of employed persons.
Line judge assesses the performance of the exercises in accordance with the rules of competition and at the direction of an expert informant, shows the result.
Expert provides participants with a willingness to start another party, to monitor human behavior and the order of events on the start line.
Expert-timer in accordance with the Rules of the competition counts periods of time.
4.2. Assessment exercises
The evaluation exercise carried out every five members (three) linear expert.
Maximum score for the exercise of 10 points, with the passage of the exercise number 4 - 20 points.
Each of the five (three) experts, guided by the rules of the competition, it adds party penalty points, which, according to the table, and then subtracted from the maximum rating.
The final score for the exercise is defined as follows: the Secretariat of the competition recorded five expert evaluations, after which they are dropped from the maximum and minimum, and the remaining three calculated average.

Private championship is determined by the maximum result, participants in the competition.Distribution of seats is carried out according to accumulated points. V. KEY AREAS

VI. The exercise
