COMPETITION RULES FOR PROTECTIVE SERVICE
"Big Ring"
1. GENERAL
1.1. Competitions "Big Ring" is a championship
trainers with dogs on the complicated regulations protective
services.
1.2. Sporting goal "Big Ring" - to identify:

1.3. These regulations established by the Federation "Big Ring" and

1.4. To monitor compliance with these rules and organization
judicial and expert work on the competition "Big Ring"
Federation "Big Ring" and "Mondoringa" forms Control

1.5. By the nature of competition "Big Ring" can be personal, individual and team-command.

1.7. Competitions on the "Great Ring" conducted in two groups:
1 group (class A) - nation-wide, regional, rating competition. To participate in the class "A" athletes are allowed a qualified (ie, scored at least 61 points) in any competition "Big Ring" and have a mark in qualifying for this book.
Group 2 (Class B) - the qualifying competition.
In class "B" may take part of any athlete, having no qualifications, have registered on any competition "Big Ring" and get qualified book.
1.8. The athlete, who has a mark of proficiency training, can act as a class "B" hors concours.
1.9. Assigning titles BR carried Bureau Federation "Big Ring" and "Mondoringa" on presentation of IES.
2. ORGANIZATION COMPETITIONS
General
2.1. Organizer competitions.
As an organizer of the competition "Big Ring" may be a legal person whose right to hold a competition of this type confirmed by the CEC. The design and financing of all economic activities related to the conduct of competitions by the Organizers in accordance with the Charter.
2.2. Rules of the competition - a document developed on the basis of these
rules, and explaining:
• The nature and the system of competition
• goals, objectives and status competition

• The order awarding

Rules of the competition is binding as to the Organizer, and for the Judicial Commission and athletes team competitions. Regulations of the Rules should be guided in analyzing complaints and appeals. In case of conflict between the Rules and these Regulations, precedence rules BR.
2.3. The responsibility of the Organizing Committee before the CEC:
• Organizing Committee shall promptly send a request for IES
permission to hold competitions.
• Organizing Committee shall promptly notify the CEC of the place and time
conducting competitions and the number of registered
athletes.
• Organizing Committee shall be obliged to form an expert group,
needed for the competition.
• Organizing Committee is obliged to ensure the work of judges, including in the case
need for their travel and accommodation.
• Organizing Committee is obliged to provide (in conjunction with the expert panel)
report on the conduct of competitions and their results.
2.4. Responsibility IES:
• CEC is obliged to respond to requests from the Organizer and
Organizing Committee.
• Organizing Committee to provide all necessary information and
clarification.
• Ensure competition standard diplomas, as well as signs
differences, if foreseen relationship Organizer and
IES.
Officers competitions
2.5. Organizing Committee:
For the preparation and holding of competitions organized creates
Organizing Committee of the BR:
• Chairman.
• The Secretary of the competition.
• The commandant of the competition.
• Veterinary competitions.
• Doctor competitions.
2.6. Chairman of Organizing Committee:
• Supervises the activities of the Organizing Committee.
• Signs all official reports and queries provided
Organizing Committee in the IES.
• has full responsibility for the conduct of competitions in
accordance with these rules to the extent not relating
proper refereeing.
• Reporting to the Organizer on all matters of financial and
economic activity related to the conduct of competitions.
2.7. Secretary of the Commission:
• Generates and distributes "Rules of Competition.
• Performs the registration of sports competitions.
• Formulates and publishes catalog of sports competitions.
• Provides design thesis documentation.
• Organizes and design award winners
competitions.
2.8. The commandant of the competition:
• decide on questions of rent, supplies the necessary competition
inventory and supplies.
• decide on questions of accommodation of athletes and judges.
• Solves security of athletes.
2.9. Veterinary competitions:
• Formulates veterinary requirements for participants
competitions.
• Provides a veterinary clearance to compete.
• If necessary, provide veterinary care
athletes to competitions.
• In the case of veterinary contraindications removes
dog with the competition.
• If necessary, appeal to the Chief Justice with a request
for a doping - control.
2.10. Doctor competition:
• Provides medical clearance to compete.
• Provides emergency medical assistance.

2.11. Members of the Organizing Committee has the right to bring to their work they need
employees, subject to agreement with the Organizer.
2.12. Combination of posts within the Organizing Committee.
2.13. The doctor and the vet must have the
professional knowledge and skills.
Competitors
2.14. To participate in the competition may be allowed any athlete, conforming to the Rules and Regulations.
2.15. Competitors are required to:
• Know and strictly comply with competition rules BR.
• Fulfill the requirements of officials of the Organizing Committee and the Senior BR
Expert teams.
• Carefully follow the judge ad-informant and
time to come to the starting line.
• Skillfully contact with the dog, to prevent ill effects and
excessive coercion.
• comply with generally accepted standards of conduct in relation to
officials of the Organizing Committee of the BR, members of the officiating crew,
participants in the competitions, spectators.
• Fulfill orders Representative (captain) of his team.
• Take necessary measures to ensure the safety of others

2.16. Team - a group of participants, representing some

months. up to 8 years (inclusive), past vetkontrol with

2.20. During the competition the dog out of the competition should
be on a short leash or tied. The athlete must have a muzzle for the dog.
3. JUDGING COMPETITIONS.
3.1. Judging panel.
Judging panel formed by IES on the request of the Organizing Committee consisting of:
• Chief Judge
• Deputy Chief Justice
• Chief Secretary
• Judges-informant
• 3-line judges
• Judges, Timekeeper
• Judges at the starting line
• Judges at parties.
3.2. Are allowed in the referee team assistants
trainees, alternate judges as members without voting rights.
3.3. Judging panel headed by the Chief Justice is guided in its
of these Regulations and Rules and Regulations.
Claims members of the judging panel are not related to matters
economic, medical and veterinary plan, are

3.5. Chief Justice of the competition:

Sign the certificates, diplomas and outcomes.
Controls the correctness of judging and determining individual and team results.
Specifies the priority of the line judges.

Check gear (protective jackets, pants and so on.) Defendants, stacks, and protection, dress under the jacket.
Consider submitted applications and complaints and makes decisions on them.
3.6. The Chief Justice has the right:
Making changes to the schedule of competitions, postpone and cancel them if they are not ready to conduct, gross violations in preparation for the competition, adverse weather conditions.
Remove from the judging team and members of the judicial defendants for bias, blunders, inappropriate behavior.
Replacement of judges.
Declining to participate in the competitions of athletes who have violated these rules.
Upon recommendation of the doctor (veterinary) to initiate Doping - control.
Has the right to re-evaluate all judges and to appoint:

- Repeat the exercise.
3.7. Deputy Chief Judge - performs some functions of the Chief Justice, acting on his behalf and on his behalf.

It acquaints visitors with the participants of the competition.
Directs the actions of participants in accordance with the rules of the competition.
3.11. Line judge:
Evaluate compliance with exercise in accordance with the rules of the competition.
The first and second exercise evaluates the first line judge.
The third exercise evaluates the second line judge.
The fourth exercise evaluates the third line judge.
Priority of judges determines the linear chief judge of the competition.
3.12. Judge at parties:
Provides readiness for the start of the next party.
To ensure the rights of the competitions and order on the starting line.
3.13. Timekeeper:
In accordance with the Rules of the competition counts periods of time.
3.14. Judge at the starting line:
Monitor the actions of athletes on the start line in accordance with the rules of the competition.
3.15. Secretary:
Conducts and processes protocol events.
Fills the evaluation sheets.
3.16. The representative of the IES - Inspector of competitions:
Supervises the conduct of competitions in spirit and in accordance with these Regulations.
The statements, protests and penalties.
3.17. In the event, participants and representatives (captain), teams no doubt subject to these Rules and Regulations of the competitions, as well as the correctness of the actions of members of the Organizing Committee and members of the judging panel member, or representative (captain) team has the right to ask a question, protest or appeal.

4. Competitions
Preparation of

4.6. 15 minutes prior to the competition:
• Chief Secretary to the Chief Justice passes starting Protocols
• Chief Justice determines the final placement of members
Officiating team and sign the minutes of the formation of judicial
Brigade
• Chief Secretary shall instruct the secretaries.
Bulk
4.7. Competition begins with a general construction of the participants, which
declared the conditions of performing the exercises, it is judicial

exercises under the program of competitions.

4.10. Following the competition the Chief Secretary prepares and with

4.11. The final protocol drawn up in two copies and is available

Assessment exercises

3.17. 4. Competitions
Preparation of
4.1. Registration for the competition begins at least two
hours before the official opening of competitions and the Secretary shall

4.3. At the same time, the Chief Justice, together with a representative of the Organizing Committee
checks readiness for the competition, properly marked sites and

4.4. Simultaneously, the Chief Secretary begins Check
Officiating team members, interns and defendants.
4.5. In one hour prior to the competition:
• The Secretary of the Organizing Committee referred to the General Secretary of the expert

• Chief Secretary transmits to the Chief Justice of registration statements
judges, interns and defendants
• Chief Secretary begins to draw participants, unless otherwise
determined by the Rules
• Chief Justice shall draw lots of exercises

4.6. 15 minutes prior to the competition:
• Chief Secretary to the Chief Justice passes starting Protocols
• Chief Justice determines the final placement of members

4.11. The final protocol drawn up in two copies and is available
